neo.menu is a software-as-a-service platform for restaurants to publish and manage their digital menu. The activity requires no prior administrative authorisation, involves no regulated profession, and the owner adheres to no codes of conduct.
Paid plan prices are shown in the billing section before purchase, stating the applicable taxes and currency. Dish prices shown on menus are the responsibility of each restaurant.
The neo.menu software, design and trademarks belong to their owner or licensors. The content of each menu (texts, prices, photographs) belongs to the restaurant that publishes it.
The owner is not responsible for content published by restaurants, including allergen and price information, nor for damage caused by service interruptions beyond its control.
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona (España), unless the law provides otherwise.
